The minimalist Anxiety rings from Charmins are very popular and we understand why. What a super sweet colors. The ring itself has a diameter of 1mm and the 6 beads have a diameter of 1.5mm. The balls rotate, making the ring very comfortable to wear. The ring is made of 316L steel. You cannot move the balls back and forth around the ring, but you can rotate them around for relaxation and rest. note: you have to do your best to turn these small beads, which gives extra depth and a calm feeling.
